Deeds and the will of two John Wells of Stratford, Connecticut, 1714, 1798-1819; deeds for Stratford land involving David, Stephen and Timothy Wells, 1772-1825; and notes, bills, accounts and receipts of George Wells, 1815-1826, and for his estate, 1825-1834. George lived in Monroe, Connecticut. The estate was administered by Agur Lewis.
